Reigning U-20 World Champion Antim Panghal Qualified for upcoming Asian Wrestling Championships. The Asian Wrestling Championships 2023, the 36th edition of the tournament, will be held in Astana, Kazakhstan from April 9 to 14. Last year Antim Panghal created history by becoming the U-20 World Champion in Sofia, Bulgaria. Panghal became the first-ever Indian woman wrestler to win the Gold at the U-20 World Wrestling Championships. Antim Panghal alao made an impressive debut at the National Games 2022 as she won the gold medal in women’s 53kg.
