Uttar Pradesh’s Sakshi Sharma is carrying on the tradition of her father’s javelin, Sakshi has won the girls’ U-20 title with a throw of 46.29m at the 3rd National Open Javelin Throw Championships at the Nehru Stadium in New Delhi. Sakshi’s father has been a javelin thrower and has made a record in javelin throw in the U-22 category nationals.
